In the 18th episode of the 4th season of the TV series "The Good Doctor", a difficult period comes for Sean. The guy has to cope with the pain after the loss of a child. Because of a sense of guilt, he can not concentrate properly on work. The head of the department perfectly understands negative emotions and agrees to allocate a couple of days of vacation to a talented specialist.
For Lee, the sad news about the loss of the baby also has negative consequences. The woman feels guilty for what happened, so she closes herself in and refuses to go out on the street. Sean suggests leaving the city and going on a hike, where they can discuss everything in detail and figure out how to live on. Attempts of friends to somehow support the guys in a difficult period end in failure. Both refuse support, believing that they must cope with a turning point in their lives without outsiders.
A patient with strange symptoms enters the clinic. Two doctors have been appointed to deal with its diagnosis at once. Morgan has her own opinion about the correctness of the diagnosis, but Park believes otherwise and insists on undergoing another course of treatment, citing strange symptoms. While doctors are trying to agree on a method of treatment, the patient's health condition is sharply aggravated. To understand the problems, the team needs the advice of a more experienced mentor.
